Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days period from the date of purchase for items that meet the following conditions

-Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

-Original tags and labels must be attached.

-Items must be in their original packaging form

Am I eligible for returns/exchange?

In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Item(s) were not purchased with a discount price;
3. Item(s) must be undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it.
4. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its tag and packaging.

How do I Return my order?

1. Send an email to contact@kokostudio.ph, or message us IG: kokostudio.ph.

2. In the email, kindly provide the details of the items you wish to return, including your order number and order email.


3.Once your request is received, our dedicated team will promptly respond with a comprehensive confirmation email. This email will outline all the essential information regarding your return, including the details of your return request, the specific return address, and any additional instructions that may be required.


4. Visit a nearby courier branch or arrange for a third-party courier service to facilitate same-day shipping.


5. Once you have shipped the items to our warehouse, please fill out the form we linked to in the confirmation email. Don't forget to include the tracking details so we can confirm when it has reached our partner warehouse.


6. Once the return shipment is confirmed, kindly allow 2-5 business days for us to process the refund upon receiving the item.

Received the wrong order

If you happen to notice any issues, please don't hesitate to promptly contact us at contact@kokostudio.ph. Be sure to include pictures of the received items and a copy of the order invoice. We will work diligently to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Item was damaged

Our team carefully inspects every item before shipping to guarantee the utmost quality of the garments sent to you. To ensure a satisfactory experience, kindly examine your order upon receipt and promptly notify us at contact@kokostudio.ph, IG: kokostudio.ph if you encounter any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This will enable us to address the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Please attach pictures displaying the faulty/damaged product for expedited resolution.

Please note, we are not responsible for damages exceeding normal wear and tear.
